  1. ABUSE OF STAFF WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

    BE KIND TO STAFF. THEY ARE JUST DOING THEIR JOB. THEY DON’T MAKE THE RULES. ANY SCREAMING, FOUL LANGUAGE, VIOLENT OR DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR WILL RESULT IN BEING TRESPASSED FROM THIS STORE.

  2. NO CUTTING IN LINE OR HOLDING SPOTS FOR OTHERS .

    GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE WHEN YOU ARRIVE. YOU MAY NOT JOIN OTHERS ALREADY WAITING IN THE LINE. IT ISN’T FAIR TO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN WAITING. IF YOU CUT YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER. YOU WILL BE SENT TO THE BACK OF THE LINE.

  3. NO BAGS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN THE STORE.

    THIS MEANS NO PURSES, DIAPER BAGS, BACKPACKS, FANNY PACKS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF BAG. PLEASE LEAVE THEM IN YOUR VEHICLE. WE WILL NOT HOLD THEM AT THE REGISTER. WALLETS ARE ALLOWED.

  4. NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 ON SATURDAYS.

    CHILDREN UNDER 16 ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SATURDAYS. CHILDREN MAY NOT BE LEFT IN YOUR VEHICLES UNATTENDED WHILE YOU SHOP. CHILDREN ARE WELCOME ALL OTHER DAYS UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF A RESPONSIBLE ADULT.

  5. DO NOT OPEN PACKAGES

    IF YOU WISH TO SEE THE CONTENTS PLEASE TAKE PACKAGES TO THE UNBOXING AREA IN THE BACK OF THE STORE WHERE AN EMPLOYEE WILL ASSIST YOU.

    YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OPENING PACKAGES IN THE BINS.

  6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES

    WE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO TEST PRODUCTS BEFORE PURCHASE AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  7. ONE SHOPPING CART PER SHOPPER.

    THERE IS A LIMITED NUMBER OF CARTS AND WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE ACCESS TO ONE. UNATTENDED SHOPPING CARTS WILL BE EMPTIED AND RETURNED TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE.

  9. SHOPLIFTERS WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW

    ANY ATTEMPT AT SHOPLIFTING WILL RESULT IN THE POLICE BEING CALL AND IMAGES/VIDEOS OF THE CRIME BEING POSTED IN STORE AND ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES.

  10. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE

    ADA GUIDELINES ALLOW US TO ASK WHAT SERVICE THE ANIMAL IS TRAINED TO PERFORM. ADA GUIDELINES DO NOT RECOGNIZE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS AS SERVICE ANIMALS. THEY ARE CONSIDERED THERAPY ANIMALS. EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE STORE.
